Just 4 minutes walk from the historic Alfriston village, the site is ideally located for Beachy Head, Birling Gap and the Sussex Downs.

Like the facilities (a 5 minute walk away) the site is pleasingly low-fi (it doesn’t even have a website!) but with the personal touch from the site owner Roy Savage you’ll have a perfect back to basics trip.

We have to agree.

Based within the New Forest’s 90,000 acres of woodland and heath, Red Shoot is just a few miles from Ringwood, Bornemouth and Christchurch.

We are looking forward to a weekend of beautiful forest scenery with pint of local ale in hand.
